Standard Money Back Guarantee
We guarantee our products with a 100% no questions asked satisfaction guarantee for 30 days from the date you receive the product. If you are not completely satisfied with our products then just send them back for a replacement or your money back minus your shipping charge. We do not pay for the return shipping charge to us but will pay for the replacement to be sent out. Replacements and refunds are limited to the value of products purchased from MaxAmps.com and does not cover any other loss.
3 YEAR 300 Cycle Guarantee
The 3 year 300 cycle limited warranty is only available on our line of Lipo packs. It covers manufacturer defects in product but does not include packs that are used outside of their maximum rated amperage or voltage range. It does not cover packs that are out of balance due to not balancing the packs. Packs that are damaged during use in a vehicle that does not have the proper gear ratio for the packs you are running will not be covered. If you charge the pack wrong, short the pack out, or if the pack discharges under 3V per cell from over-discharging, it will not be covered. Packs that are not properly stored will not be covered. Packs that are damaged physically from impact will not be covered.
The limited warranty will cover packs that have lost more than 30% of their rated capacity from normal use or packs that are not performing due to manufacturing defects. As long as you use the pack within the rated specs and handle the pack properly, if something goes wrong it will be covered under this warranty.
This is a pro-rated warranty that takes effect the day you receive your pack. If a pack is replaced under warranty, the original warranty start date stays in place. You don’t start a new warranty period when you receive a new pack.
1st Year- You will be entitled to a free replacement pack within 1 year of receiving your pack.
2nd Year- If you purchased the pack over one year ago then you would be entitled to a replacement pack of the same specs or better at 33% replacement cost. For example, if you purchased a $100 pack 18 months ago, you could get a replacement for only a $33 cost.
3rd Year- If you purchased the pack more than 2 years ago then you would be entitled to a replacement pack of the same specs or better at 66% replacement cost. For example, if you purchased a $100 pack 30 months ago, you could get a replacement pack for only a $66 cost.
No refunds will be given under this warranty. Only replacement packs of the same type or the new version of the original pack will be given.
5 YEAR 1000 Cycle Guarantee
The 5 year 1000 cycle limited warranty is only available on our Green Series line of LiFePO4 packs. It covers manufacturer defects in product but does not include packs that are used outside of their maximum rated amperage or voltage range. It does not cover packs that are out of balance due to not balancing the packs. Packs that are damaged during use in a vehicle that does not have the proper gear ratio for the packs you are running will not be covered. If you charge the pack wrong, short the pack out, or if the pack discharges under 2V per cell from over-discharging, it will not be covered. Packs that are not properly stored will not be covered. Packs that are damaged physically from impact will not be covered.

5th Year- If you purchased the pack more than 4 years ago then you would be entitled to a replacement pack of the same specs or better at 80% replacement cost. For example, if you purchased a $100 pack 54 months ago, you could get a replacement pack for only a $80 cost.
No refunds will be given under this warranty. Only replacement packs of the same type or the new version of the original pack will be given.
